Q: What is the maximum number of people that can go on this tour?
Q: Do children count as a person in the maximum number of people?
A: Yes. Children count regardless of age or size.
Q: Do you have multiple boats for groups larger than 6?
A: No. We currently operate 1 boat.
Q: Are there age restrictions for this tour?
A: We do not have restrictions, but do not recommend children under 3.
Q: Do children need to wear a lifejacket?
A: All children under the age of 7 will be required to wear a lifejacket at all times while on the boat, which we supply. This does include infants. Over the age of 7, the decision in up to the parent or guardian. You may bring your own lifejacket, but it may not meet USCG standards for passenger vessels (i.e. water wings).
Q: Do adults need to wear a lifejacket?
A: Optional. We supply at least 1 lifejacket for each person aboard our vessel. If you would like to wear a lifejacket on the tour, please let us know before departure.
Q: Does the boat have other safety equipment?
A: Yes. We carry a first aid kit, emergency signaling devices, fire extinguishers and other safety equipment required by the state of Florida and the USCG.
